Bill Wiggins is the firm’s Director of Administration. In 1990 Bill received a BA in Political Science from North Carolina State University in 1990. He has over 21 years of law firm experience including 15 years as a law firm administrator. In 2005 Bill received his Certified Legal Manager (CLM) designation from the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA). Bill is a member of both the Raleigh/Durham and national chapters of the Association of Legal Administrators. In addition, Bill is also a member of the North Carolina Bar Association’s Law Practice Management Section, where he previously served on the section’s Law Council. Bill was on the planning committee and faculty for the North Carolina Bar Association’s Law Technology Expo (1997-1999). He was also on the planning committee for the North Carolina Bar Association’s “Creating, Building and Managing a Law Practice” seminar, which was sponsored by the Law Practice Management Section. In 2000 Bill was also on the faculty for this seminar participating in a panel discussion related to financial management and personnel issues. Bill was co-managing editor of the NCBA 2001 edition of the “Small Law Office Resource Manual.” Bill has also been a guest speaker for the Wake County Paralegal Association, the RTP Paralegal Association and the Dirty 30 Paralegal Association, speaking on such topics as time and billing, personnel issues and ways to get along with co-workers. < Back to Our Team |
