 Devon E. White is a graduate of the State
University of New York (SUNY) Westchester (A.A.S.
Business Marketing) and the University of North Carolina
at Wilmington (B.A. English, M.A. English). She received
her J.D. cum laude from the North Carolina Central
University School of Law where she competed regionally
and nationally as a member of the Negotiations Team.
Prior to law school, Ms. White taught English at the
University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Her practice
focuses on trademark and copyright counseling,
prosecution and enforcement. Ms. White is admitted to
practice law in the State of North Carolina and before
the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of
North Carolina. Ms. White serves on several boards
including the North Carolina Center for Voter Education,
North Carolina Central University School of Law Board of
Visitors, North Carolina Bar Association Committee on
Women in the Profession, as Secretary of the 14th
Judicial District Bar and the Durham County Bar
Association, and has managed and served on appellate
