From Raleigh and Points East via I-40/N.C. Hwy 147: 
Take I-40 West from Raleigh; when highway forks, take the right fork onto the Durham Freeway (N.C. Hwy 147). Take the Duke Street Exit (Exit 12C), which is a one-way street going north. Get in the extreme left lane. Immediately after the second stoplight (intersection of Duke Street with Chapel Hill Street), you will drive along the side of Duke Memorial United Methodist Church. Turn left immediately behind the church onto Memorial Street. Olive & Olive, P.A. is at the corner of Duke Street and Memorial Street. Turn right into the parking lot adjacent the Olive & Olive building.

Stay in the extreme left lane after your turn and go for one very short block along the side of the church. Turn left immediately behind the church onto Memorial Street. Olive & Olive, P.A. is at the corner of Duke Street and Memorial Street. Turn right into the parking lot adjacent the Olive & Olive, P.A. building.

Alternate Route from the West via I-85: 
Take I-85/I-40 towards Durham. At the fork where I-85 goes to the left and I-40 goes to the right, bear to the left, remaining on I-85. When the Durham Freeway (NC 147) subsequently forks off to the right, do not exit; remain on I-85. Get off at Exit 176A, labeled the "Gregson Street" exit and known by many as the Northgate Shopping Center exit (watch out for heavy construction). Stay on Gregson Street, which is a one-way street heading south. You will eventually pass Durham School of the Arts on your left, then come to an intersection with Main Street. You will see Brightleaf Square (a converted tobacco warehouse, now a shopping mall) ahead on your right. Go through the Main Street intersection, then go underneath a railroad trestle. Turn left at the next paved street, onto Memorial Street. Olive & Olive, P.A. is at the end of the block, on the left. It is the only building on the left side of the street. Duke Memorial United Methodist Church occupies the entire right side of the street. Turn left into the parking lot adjacent the Olive & Olive, P.A. building.

From North Raleigh via Hwy 70: 
Take U.S. 70 West to Durham. U.S. 70 merges with I-85 (heavy construction in this area). Get off at the Avondale Drive Exit (Exit 177). Turn left onto Avondale Drive. Stay on Avondale Drive until you come to the intersection with Trinity Avenue. Turn right onto Trinity Avenue. Stay on Trinity Avenue, crossing Mangum Street and Duke Street. At the intersection of Trinity Avenue and Gregson Street, turn left onto Gregson, which is a one-way street heading south. You will pass Durham School of the Arts on your left, and then come to an intersection with Main Street. You will see Brightleaf Square (a converted tobacco warehouse, now a shopping mall) ahead on your right. Go through the intersection, then go underneath a railroad trestle. Turn left at the next paved street, which is Memorial Street. Olive & Olive, P.A. is at the end of the block on the left. It is the only building on the left side of the street. Take Hwy 501 South to Durham. When the road forks, bear right on South 501 Bypass, which at this point is labeled "Duke Street." After eventually crossing over the I-85 bridge, the road name changes to Gregson Street. Stay on Gregson Street which is a one-way street heading south. You will eventually pass Durham School of the Arts on your left, and then come to an intersection with Main Street. You will see Brightleaf Square (a converted tobacco warehouse, now a shopping mall) ahead on your right. Go through the intersection, then go underneath a railroad trestle. Turn left onto Memorial Street. Olive & Olive, P.A. is at the end of the block on the left. It is the only building on the left side of the street. Take 15-501 through Chapel Hill towards Durham. In Durham, take 15-501 Bypass (rather than Business). Get off at Durham Freeway/NC 147 (Exit 108B), get on the Freeway heading South (towards Downtown Durham), and stay on the Freeway until you reach the Chapel Hill Street Exit (Exit 13). Turn left at the top of the ramp, onto Chapel Hill Street. Take Highway 55 North from Apex. Highway 55 becomes Alston Avenue in Durham. Stay on Hwy 55/Alston Avenue until it crosses over the Durham Freeway (N.C. Hwy 147). As you cross over the freeway, turn right, which will take you down onto the freeway heading North towards Downtown Durham. Get off at the Duke Street Exit (Exit 12C). Duke Street is a one-way street going north. Get in the extreme left lane. As you approach the second stoplight, at the intersection of Duke Street and Chapel Hill Street, Durham Police Headquarters will be on your left and Duke Memorial United Methodist Church will be across the intersection, also on the left. Staying in the extreme left lane of Duke Street, pass straight through the intersection and go for one very short block along the side of the church. Turn left immediately behind the church onto Memorial Street. Olive & Olive, P.A. is at the corner of Duke Street and Memorial Street. Turn right into the parking lot adjacent the Olive & Olive, P.A. building.
