 Zaneta Moore Robinson is a graduate of James
Madison University (B.S.), and Wake Forest University
(J.D.). While attending law school Ms. Robinson served
on the Intellectual Property Law School Journal and the
Moot Court Board as a member of the BMI/Cardozo
Entertainment Law team. She is a recipient of the
National Association of Women Lawyer's Award, the North
Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers Award and two CALI
Excellence for the Future Awards (Trademarks and Trial
Practice). She is the author of "Copyright Remedies
and the First Amendment: Predictable as the Wind?"

Robinson, who has several years of litigation
experience, currently focuses on intellectual property
litigation and on trademark clearance, protection, and
disputes. She is licensed to practice before the Federal
and State courts in North Carolina.
